Some might think a monkey could sell a house in this market, but that’s actually far from the truth. Yes, homes are selling quickly, but not all of them! There are plenty of decent houses out there that still sit on the market. Those poor people chose a realtor who either doesn’t know what they’re doing or, worse, just doesn’t care. I don’t want anyone in my sphere to be in that situation! On the flip side, my clients have been successful. No matter the state of the home or the situation sellers might bring to me, we roll up our sleeves and prepare the home to sell. With my guidance, advice and direction throughout the process 99% of my clients have had successful sales of their home! This isn’t by accident. I love my job No really, I love it. Sure, there are parts that aren’t my favorite, but going to bat for clients, creating a personal marketing plan that fits YOU, negotiating, these are all things that get my blood pumping and you want someone who gets excited about that. Don’t sign up with a mediocre realtor. I’m Honest. This one can be hard to find in real estate. I’ve told clients to walk away from deals even when they really wanted to move forward. I will tell you when you’re asking/offering too little or too much. I will tell you the brutal truth based on market realities even if I know it may make you disappointed or mad.
